Quickly access your favorite dashboards in a personalized home dashboard.

The dashboard of the homepage of Reflect is the first page you see when you log in to your account. It provides an overview of your favorite dashboards.

This page lets you quickly access key information and monitor the main indicators at a glance. You also have the option to customize your Home to display only the dashboards that are most useful to you.

The 3 categories of dashboards

On the homepage, you will find three main categories of dashboards: Employee, Payroll and Recruitment.

  • Employee Dashboards

    • ๐Ÿ”„ Headcount : Track and analyze headcount movement and composition in real time.

    • ๐ŸŒ Diversity : Keep an overview of the diversity and composition of your workforce.

    • ๐Ÿšช Retention : Analyze your departures and visualize the key factors that influence your retention.

    • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Salaries : Manage your compensation strategies, ensuring fair and competitive pay.

    • โŒ› Careers : Analyze career development and employee progression.

    • ๐ŸŒ™ Absenteeism : Track and analyze trends in unplanned absences.

  • Payroll Dashboards

    • ๐Ÿ’ธ Payroll : Analyze the company's payroll, including salaries, variable pay, bonuses and more.

  • Recruitment Dashboards

    • ๐Ÿ’ผ Overview : Visualize your recruitment strategy and the current state of your pipeline.

    • ๐ŸŽฏ Funnel : Evaluate effectiveness at each stage of your recruitment funnel.

Customize your homepage

You can customize the modules on your home dashboard to display only the dashboards you use regularly.

  1. To edit your homepage, click the "Edit" button

  2. To add a module, click the "Add module" button then click the modules you want to add. Those that do not appear are already on your homepage.

  3. To remove a module from your homepage, click the "trash" icon located next to the module.
