Go to Settings > Workspace > Renaming to rename the dimensions of your workspace.

Dimensions (Employee and Recruitment)

Rename the dimensions used in dashboards, filters and the explorer.

💡 Dimension renaming is done separately for the "Employee" dashboards and the "Recruitment" dashboards.

To choose the dimension names, on the Renaming page, click "Edit names" then rename according to your naming convention. The change is then immediately propagated across all dashboards.

For example, here the dimension "Group (1)" will be renamed "Team" in Reflect.

Interviews (Recruitment)

Hiring interview processes systematically vary from one company to another, but they also vary within a single company! Indeed, for a Sales position and a Developer position, the interviews are different.

To visualize funnels and other diagrams related to recruitment stages, it is essential to define broad interview categories.

By default, Reflect offers you 4 interviews (1 - 2 - 3 - 4) that you can rename. To give a real example, a company can then define the following naming convention:

  • Interview 1 = HR interview

  • Interview 2 = Technical interview

  • Interview 3 = Fit interview

  • Interview 4 = Manager interview

⚠️ It is essential to respect that the interviews listed will always occur in the order 1 - 2 - 3 - 4.

It's up to you to group the interviews according to your recruitment approach. Adjust your process accordingly to analyze your data.

To choose the names of the Interviews for the "Recruitment" dashboards, on the Renaming page, click "Edit names" then rename according to your naming convention.

Timings (Recruitment)

The vocabulary used by recruiters varies greatly between companies. Reflect therefore allows you to adjust how you name the different time intervals of your hiring process.

To choose the measure names for Timings of the Recruitment dashboards, on the Renaming page, click "Edit names" then rename according to your naming convention.
