When you grant access to a new user, in addition to their email, you must choose 2 important settings that will define their level of access to data in Reflect: their role and their scope.
Roles
💡 For each user, you must choose among 6 roles: Admin, HR, Finance, Recruiter, Manager and Employee.
Admin
Administrator with access to all data and settings. Only admins can change other users' roles and permissions. | RH
Human resources specialist for workforce management. | Finance
Finance specialist for accounting and financial operations. |
Recruteur
Talent acquisition specialist. | Manager
Team leader, department head, or entity manager. | Collaborateur
CSE, guarantor of employees' rights and interests. |
To change a user's role, click the three dots next to their profile and choose "Edit".
You can find access to the different features for each role on the Access roles page.
💡 It is not possible to create a new role in Reflect at the moment.
Scopes
💡 For each user, you must choose their scope at the "Employee" level and at the "Recruitment" level.
A scope corresponds to a combination of fixed filter(s) that the user will have by default and will not be able to remove in the "My scope" view.
This Enterprise / My scope view distinction is displayed at the top right of the dashboards.
To change a user's scopes, on the Users page, click the three dots next to their profile and choose "Edit". Then add the filters you want for each of the user's scopes.
💡 By default, a user's scope is not restricted if you do not apply any filters when creating their profile.
⚠️ The filter set for each user is only valid in the "👤 My scope" section. The user will still have access to unfiltered data in the "🏢 Enterprise" section.
If you want to completely restrict access to unfiltered data, edit the enterprise scope permissions to "No access" (more information in the Data sensitivity section).
