How it Works
Data in Reflect is synchronized once a day, usually at night. Changes made to your sources (payroll, HRIS, etc.) during the day will be updated in the next nightly update.
There is no “force update” button in order to guarantee stable, complete, and consistent data for all users.
💡 Pro-tip : If you plan to perform analyses the next day, update your data in your source tools the day before, before the nightly synchronization.
