This simple operation lets you reduce the size of your CSV files, making their transfer faster and more convenient.
On Windows
Open the folder containing your CSV file in File Explorer.
Right-click the file.
Select Compress “file name”.
The compressed file (in .zip format) appears in the same folder as the original.
On Mac
Open the folder containing your CSV file in Finder.
Right-click the file.
Select Compress “file name”.
✅ The file is available in the same folder as the original file, with “.zip” at the end of its name.
