Reflect's data explorer is an intuitive query tool that allows you to easily generate charts, tables and lists, without the complexity of traditional Business Intelligence tools. It helps you deeply analyze your HR metrics and gain valuable insights into your teams.

Accessing the Data Explorer

You can access the data explorer in two ways:

  1. From the main menu : Click on the corresponding icon

in the main menu to open the data explorer.

  2. From a dashboard : Hover over a specific module and click on the associated explorer icon. This icon may appear in three different forms, each representing a specific format detailed below. This will take you to the explorer view of the selected module.

The Different Visualization Formats

Reflect offers three visualization formats:

KPI

Chart

List

To visualize a measure with or without a dimension in table form.

To generate a chart (bar or pie) of a measure according to a dimension.

To display the data detail as a paginated list.

Measures

To start using the explorer, click "Add measure" to choose an indicator or metric to visualize. In the measure selection menu that appears, several options:

  • Select one of the suggested measures (based on your recent searches)

  • Click on a category then the desired measure

  • Search for a measure in the search bar

💡 You can generate charts containing two distinct measures.

⚠️ When you are in the explorer view of a module, it is not possible to change the measure you are viewing (🔒). It is only the measure corresponding to that module.

Dimensions / groups

To choose a dimension, click "Add dimension" (or click on an existing dimension to edit it). In the dimension selection menu that appears, several options:

  • Select one of the suggested dimensions (based on your recent searches)

  • Click on a category then the desired dimension

  • Search for a dimension in the search bar
