Generate your BDESE from your own templates 📚
When you create a new BDESE, you can now reuse the template from the previous year! Also, if you have multiple UES, you can even reuse a template from one BDESE to another. No more manual migration!
Legal Reports: Even more improvements 💅
In any legal report, you can now insert interactive charts, as well as links, resize your images... Emails sent to your CSE now include the name of the BDESE in question.
Improved accuracy of certain indicators 🫡
Median and average salary measures are now calculated in full-time equivalent (FTE) to be more relevant. Measures for salary increase ratios and promotion rates are now more accurate.
New button: Open in the data explorer 📊
When you explore an indicator — in a dashboard, or in a section of your BDESE for example — you are sometimes blocked by a small padlock. That's because you are in the explorer associated with an indicator. Now, click the bottom right to open the data explorer, decontextualized, in a new tab!
