Reflect now includes a new feature dedicated to the Egapro Index. I am therefore pleased to show you how this new feature makes your Index calculation and declaration easier.

Thanks to Reflect, you no longer need to use the government's Excel file. Our platform allows you to create your Index independently, taking into account all the specific requirements needed to fill out the Egapro simulator.

With our filters and the data explorer, you can precisely select the employees included in the calculation. You also have the option to verify in detail each data point used, thus ensuring total transparency.

Reflect ensures the normalization of your data according to the standards imposed by Egapro, including:

• Contract type

• Planned/unplanned absences and maternity leave

• Socio-professional category

• Remuneration included

This normalization guarantees the compliance and accuracy of your Index.

On the Egapro website, each step of the simulator corresponds to an identical section in your Reflect report. You just need to copy the table values from Reflect for each of the simulator's steps.
