Four new features have arrived in Reflect!

Unfilled data in your source systems affect the reliability of certain metrics. Reflect automatically detects incomplete data to help you correct it at the source.

Calculate the gender equality index (M/F), permanent headcount, unwanted turnover, absenteeism rate... Thanks to the standardization of your source data, Reflect computes specialized indicators visible in your dashboards.

Your data can quickly become unreadable if, for example, you have too many departments or different reasons for absences. Reflect provides a mapping system to rename, clean, and group source values.

For each data source (DSN, HRIS, Payroll Manager...), you can designate one or more managers who can import files (if necessary), and update the mapping and data normalization.
