03-06-2026: Disability Data

Written by Reflect Team

Disability data is arriving in Reflect 🎉

You can now track and analyze data related to your employees' disabilities (RQTH and equivalents) directly in Reflect. A new lever to manage your disability policy, monitor your employment obligation for disabled workers (OETH), and automatically populate your BDESE.

Available today for clients connected to Silae. The rollout will continue soon for other data sources: DSN, Nibelis, etc.

Three new dimensions 📐

Recognized as disabled: Indicates whether the employee has a recognized disability (RQTH or equivalent) as of the given date. Useful for BDESE reporting and monitoring the employment obligation for disabled workers (OETH).

Disability Status: The employee's declared disability status as entered in the HRIS. It is used for diversity tracking and regulatory indicators related to disability.

Disability occurred during employment: Indicates whether the disability results from a workplace accident or an occupational illness that occurred during the employee's current period of employment. This is a key indicator for your BDESE and OETH.

Mapping and normalization: reliable indicators 🔗

The Disability Status dimension is a data point that you can map: Reflect aligns the raw labels from your HRIS with standardized values, ensuring consistent analyses regardless of the source.

The "Is it work-related" normalization: for each disability status, you indicate whether or not it results from an occupational cause. This normalization populates the "Disability Occurred During Employment" dimension, tracking the number of disabled workers whose disability has a professional origin.
