Attach files to a Prism conversation

Give Prism your own documents to analyze alongside your HR data.

Written by Reflect Team

In short

You can attach files to a message in Prism Chat. Prism reads their content and can cross-reference it with your Reflect data: budget, worked hours, interview notes, target figures, and more.

Before you start

  • Supported formats: .xlsx, .csv, .pdf, .docx, .txt

  • Maximum size: 20 MB per file

  • You can attach several files to a single message

Note: images, charts and scanned PDFs are not read. Prism only sees text and data.

Attach a file

  1. Open a conversation in Prism Chat.

  2. Click the attachment icon in the message bar.

  3. Select one or more files.

  4. Type your question and send.

Your first prompts

  • "From the attached file, compare the forecast budget with actual payroll cost by department."

  • "Cross-reference the worked hours in this CSV with my Reflect headcount and compute the average cost per FTE."

  • "Summarize the key points of this document and link them to my company's turnover trends."
