Open search from any page and go straight to the resource.

Written by Reflect Team

In short

Quick search looks into three spaces at once: employees, legal reports and your Prism conversations. It is available from every page in Reflect and only shows resources you already have access to.

Before you start

No setup required. Search is available to every Reflect user, except those with the Collaborator role.

Open search

Click the magnifier at the top of the side menu, next to the Reflect logo. Search opens on top of the page you are on.

Find a recent resource

When it opens, before you even type, your 10 most recently opened resources are listed. Only those you can still access appear.

Search for a resource

Type at least 2 characters. Results appear without you having to press enter. Each result carries an icon, its title and its type.

Employees

The names of current and former employees, within your access scope.

Legal reports

The title and description of the BDESE, Egapro Index and custom reports you have access to.

Prism conversations

The title of the conversations you created, or that were shared with you or with your company.

Move around with the keyboard

Use the up and down arrows to browse the results, then enter to open the one you selected.

Frequently asked questions

I cannot find an employee I am looking for

Check the spelling: search does not correct typos. Also check that this employee is within your access scope.

My search does not return a sentence said in a Prism conversation

Search looks at conversation titles, not at their content.

I cannot see the magnifier

Search is not available for the Collaborator role. What that role gives access to is defined by your company: reach out to your Reflect administrator to know which role you have.

Can I search for a dashboard?

Not yet.

Why only 10 results?

Search shows the first 10 results in alphabetical order. Add characters to narrow the list.
