Activate your account and recover access to Reflect

Activate your access after an invitation, sign in, reset your password and manage your account.

Written by Reflect Team

Before you start: someone authorized to manage access at your company must invite you using your work email. Opening the sign-up page does not give you access to your company. Need an invitation? See Invite a new user.

Activate your account after an invitation

If your company uses Google, Microsoft or company single sign-on (SSO), Reflect redirects you to that sign-in method after Continue. Follow the instructions using the work account that matches your invited address.

  1. Open the invitation email and follow its link. Check that the displayed email is the invited address, then click Continue.

  2. If Reflect displays New password, choose a password with 8 to 20 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character. Click Sign up to Reflect.

  3. If you created a Reflect password, enter the 6-digit code received by email, then click Confirm. Once confirmed, you can access Reflect.

If the invitation link takes you back to the login page, try signing in: the invitation may already have been used. If you have never activated your account and are still stuck, ask the person who invited you to check your access.

Sign in to Reflect

  1. Enter your work email, then click Continue.

  2. If the Password field appears, enter your Reflect password and click Login to Reflect. Otherwise, complete the Google, Microsoft or SSO sign-in shown.

You do not need to choose the sign-in method yourself: it depends on your company’s configuration. To set up SSO, see Sign in via SSO.

Reset your Reflect password

These steps apply when you sign in with a Reflect password. If you use Google, Microsoft or your company’s SSO, use that work account’s recovery process or contact your IT team.

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email and click Reset password.

  3. On the next screen, enter the 6-digit code received by email and your new password, following the same requirements as for activation.

  4. Click Change password. You return to the login page: sign in with your new password.

The message displayed after your request does not confirm that an account exists for that address. If no code arrives, check your spam folder and the email address used, then contact an administrator at your company.

Update your profile, language or currency

Once signed in, click your profile at the bottom left to open My account.

  • Language: choose French or English, then click Save language.

  • Currency: choose the main display currency for measures, then click Save currency. Data details remain visible in their original currency.

  • Profile: enter your first and last name, then click Save profile.

  • Login: view the email you use or click Log out. You cannot change this email address on this page.

These settings apply to your own account. Company-wide settings are covered in Preferences.

What to do if you are stuck

  • Email rejected: enter your invited address in lowercase. The form does not accept addresses containing “+”; if your invitation uses one, ask your administrator to check which address to invite.

  • Incorrect email or password: check the invited address and your password. If you have forgotten it, follow the reset steps above. If you have just joined, ask someone to check that you have an invitation.

  • Unconfirmed account: if Reflect opens the confirmation screen, enter the code received. Use or resend code if needed.

  • Invalid or expired code: request a new code using the resend link on the relevant screen, then use the latest code received. If the account is already confirmed, return to the login page.

  • Still blocked: contact your company administrator or the Reflect team with your email, the screen concerned and the error message. Do not share your password or verification code.
