In Reflect, a salary increase on the day of a job category change or within the following 30 calendar days does not count as a raise. This rule applies even if the salary did increase.
How does this affect your figures?
The increase does not contribute to Salary increase count or Salary increase rate. It does not reset the time without a raise: Reflect retains the last recognized raise, if there is one.
For example, if the job category changes on March 1, an increase on March 31 is not counted. An increase on April 1 is no longer excluded by this rule, but must meet the other conditions to be counted.
What should you check if a raise is missing?
Check the dates and values of the job category and salary sent to Reflect, as well as your analysis period and filters. Other rules can also exclude an increase, including the threshold applied to full-time equivalent base salary. If necessary, correct the data in your source software, then wait for it to update in Reflect. If the discrepancy remains, contact your Reflect representative.
