Time to fill and archive measures the number of days from a job’s opening to the later of two dates: its first fill and the end date used by Reflect, usually its closing. The first fill is the first hire recorded for the job.
What is the effect on the figures?
Average time to fill and archive averages these durations. The job is associated with the later date of its first fill and the end date used by Reflect.
For example, a job opened on 1 January and closed on 11 January is first filled on 21 January. Its time to fill and archive is 20 days: Reflect uses 21 January, the later date.
If the first fill date or the end date used by Reflect is unavailable, the time to fill and archive is not provided and does not contribute to its average.
What should I check if figures differ?
Compare the opening, first fill and end dates used in Reflect with those in your recruitment tool. Also check the period and filters used for your comparison.
If a job is reopened, Reflect may use an end date for the previous period that differs from the job’s closing date. If the opening date is missing, Reflect may use the first fill date: Time to first fill is then 0 days.
