All companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Index of professional equality between women and men, every year no later than March 1st.

To create or modify your Index Egapro, go to the legal reports page.

⚠️ Be careful about the year chosen for your report. For example, by selecting the 2025 Index, you will access the Egapro Index to be declared in 2025 (with data from the previous year: 2024).

💡 Before creating this report, it is recommended to complete step 1 of data normalization.

As an ADMIN user, you can independently create your Egapro Index. To do so, click "Create a report". Then choose the "Legal & compliance" report → "Index Egapro".

Select the year of the report. (If your Reflect account is configured on a fiscal year, you will choose the corresponding fiscal year)

To create the index associated with a single entity, add a scope filter for the relevant entity.

2. Choisissez votre modèle d'Index Egapro

Select the starting model based on the size of your company. This model is based on the official legal text.

Choose the categorization dimension used for the pay gap score. In Reflect you can choose between several dimensions :
- Socio-professional category
- Career level
- Department

3. Generate your Index once you're ready.

Available models

Reflect provides 3 standard templates depending on the size of your company :

👤 1000+

These templates comprehensively include the Reflect data necessary for the score calculations on the Egapro site calculator.

Create multiple indexes

You can filter on a specific entity at the time of creating your Index Egapro report. You can therefore create one index per year and per entity.

Calculate and declare your Egapro Index

Once your Egapro Index report is created, it opens automatically. To open an already created Egapro Index report, go to the legal reports page and click on the corresponding row.

The generated Reflect report contains a table of contents on the left and its content on the right. Each section corresponds to one of the steps in calculating the Egapro index.

How does it work?

To calculate your Professional Equality Index you need 2 things :

the generated Reflect report
the calculator on the Egapro site

Here are the steps to calculate and then declare your professional equality index :

1. Complete and normalize the data

Check that no data required for the calculations is incomplete using the Data Quality page. (FTE / Contract type / Gender / Socio-professional category / Date of birth / Compensation / Level (if >250 employees))
Normalize your data according to the standard imposed by Egapro
- Contract type
- Planned / unplanned absence and Maternity leave
- Socio-professional category
- Pay included

2. Verify and adjust the data

Check the employees taken into account in the index calculation. To do this, open the explorer associated with the table in section 2 of the report.

If necessary, you can filter certain employees that you want to exclude from the calculation (for example the president of your organization.)
If your data have been normalized and you want to update a table's data, you can use the "Update" button in the right margin or "Replace data" in the explorer associated with a table.

3. Copy the values into the Egapro simulator

On the Egapro site, each step of the simulator corresponds to the section of the same name in your Reflect report.

So you just have to copy the values from Reflect's tables for each step of the simulator.

4. Save the result + Declare

Once the steps are completed, the final step provides a summary of the previous steps.

If you used the calculator and want to keep your result, we recommend either:

noting the details of your score in section 1 of the Reflect report provided for this purpose
saving the page (File > Print > Save as PDF) and attaching it to your Reflect report

From the calculator, you also have the option to proceed to declaration. Click the button provided for this purpose to declare your index.

NEW: Calculate your Index during the year!

🎉 Reflect is the only solution allowing you to obtain all the data to simulate the calculation at any date of the year.

Reflect now allows you to use the calculator at any time of the year. You can therefore generate your Egapro Index report with Reflect mid-year with the data as of the date.

This means you can already start calculating your Egapro Index for the next year.

To update the data, press the "Update" button in the right margin of a table.

The table's data will then be replaced with Reflect's data as of that date. You can therefore keep the same report each time you recalculate your index during the year.

The advantage of being able to calculate your index without declaring it immediately is the following: you have the ability to monitor it throughout the year in order to anticipate, react and improve it.
