💡 You have just completed the BDESE training workshop. This step allows you to verify your HR data displayed in Reflect, to ensure the reliability of your BDESE.

Objectives of the Data Validation

✅ Complete the data mapping and normalization.

✅ Verify the quality of your data

✅ Identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies

Data validation is carried out in 2 steps:

A. Quality, Mapping and Normalization

B. Data Verification

A. Quality, Mapping and Normalization (duration: 1h)

    • Group dimensions with a large number of source values to make your tables readable for your CSE (e.g.: job title, absence category)

    • Rename or correct misspelled source values (e.g.: “Développeur” vs “Developpeur”)

    • Standardize labels (e.g.: contract types)

    • Categorize your data according to a standard norm to obtain reliable indicators (absenteeism, payroll type, CSP for the Egapro Index…)

    • Check and complete incomplete data in your source tool (Reflect will pick up these updates on the next data refresh)

B. Data Verification (duration: 1h/2h)

💡 After the training workshop, please use the Google Doc shared by email to list your feedback.

To move forward efficiently during the validation, we recommend the following protocol for each feedback:

  • Give a clear and specific title

  • Describe the anomaly or question precisely

  • Provide details: selected period, employee names, Reflect screenshot and screenshot of the source software.

Data verification protocol

We recommend checking the data across several employee profiles. (e.g.: 2 permanent contracts (CDI), 2 fixed-term contracts (CDD), 2 part-time...)

Headcount and key HR indicators (to verify on your side)

  1. Social investment

    • Compare headcounts month by month: click here

    • Compare headcounts by CSP: click here

    • Validate the number of full-time and part-time employees: click here

  2. Gender equality between women and men

Salary and Payroll (assisted verification)

This area is more technical. We will support you during a personalized validation meeting to:

  • Read and verify base salaries in Reflect.

  • Compare variable payroll items with your payslips.

Want to proceed independently?

  1. Salary check (base salary)

    • Verify the base salary of certain employees: click here

  2. Payroll check (variable payroll items)

    • Verify Reflect payrolls and compare the gross payslips of certain employees: click here
