Two new features are shaking up Reflect: Generative AI to normalize your data and attrition recalculated with greater accuracy. Also discover the new What's New page and our latest integrations.

For each normalization, the new ✨ button automatically fills empty values in the column using generative AI. Save valuable time during onboarding and when new values appear (pay categories, absence reasons, recruitment stage…). Generated values appear in lavender to remain identifiable. Accessible on the Data Normalization page.

The calculation of the attrition rate becomes more precise. Gone is the "midpoint" approximation: Reflect now uses the average headcount over the period as the denominator of the calculation. This indicator therefore becomes "more accurate". Note, however, that values may change slightly compared to the old formula. More info in this article.
